The people of Ahmedabad have been familiar with the legacy and have always known they could trust Ratnaakar with their dreams.

The first step towards a legacy of trust.

This was the brand story of the rebrand was telling. The narrative is rooted in the Indian cultural traditions for new homes that celebrate auspiciousness and brings new fortune and good luck. It also recognizes the beginning of a milestone journey with the backing of one of the most credible developer families. The identity is an abstract step infused with the letter ‘R’ to capture and represent that intangible quality they were best known for.

In addition to capturing the entire range of available existing properties from the past, we also executed a shoot documenting certain projects. The image style developed had a dramatic angle as a metaphor for the brand story accentuating the angles, architecture, and perspective of the properties in a way the city had never experienced or seen before. Ratnaakar wanted an edge to stand out from the crowd and be well recognized within the city. We then extended that image style to build an illustration language as a part of the launch campaign.
